Is this a thermometer with a dashboard, or does it actually understand löyly?+
KiuasML™ was trained on 4.2 million sessions across Finland and Estonia. It distinguishes steam that has been correctly applied from steam thrown by someone who is nervous or making a point. The thermometer is also present. It is not the main product.
How does the system handle "is it ready yet?" inquiries?+
Queries before 75°C are logged as low-severity impatience events. Repeated queries within a single heating period are timestamped and included in the weekly summary. The system does not respond to the person asking. That is not within scope.
What does Taloyhtiö Heat Dispute Prevention actually detect?+
The model monitors booking patterns, residual heat levels, and session overrun frequency to identify households at elevated dispute risk 72 hours in advance. When risk exceeds threshold, it prepares a draft for the building manager. The draft contains no opinions. It references only sensor data.
The Cottage Readiness Index says my guests will be 40 minutes late. How?+
It is a population-level estimate from 18 months of mökki arrival data cross-referenced with stated times. The median Friday delay from Helsinki is 38 minutes, adjusted during school holidays. If your guests are consistently punctual, the model recalibrates after two to three weekends.

Can this be used outside Finland?+
Yes. The platform operates normally wherever there is a sauna. The Finnishness Index will reflect local conditions accurately. In most markets this means the score will be low, which is not a malfunction.
